Choosing products in our online store you place them in the order basket.

After your order is completely ready, you send it to us.

Your order comes to our e-mail address.

In two hours of receipt of the order our manager will contact you and specify its content, payment terms, method and time of delivery. If the order was sent after 5 p.m, manager contacts buyer the next day.

Delivery from Monday through Friday. Delivery is paid by the buyer at the carrier’s rates, pickup is possible.

Return or exchange of goods

In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine (the law of Ukraine “On consumer protection”), there’re two cases when the Buyer can exchange or return the purchased goods to the Store – if the goods are defective (Article 8) and if the received goods do not correspond to the declared ones (Article 9), provided that that the product was not in use, i.e. is new and no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, not counting the day of purchase.
